We are a Nelson based company specialising in concrete works and associated construction activities. The company provides general concrete construction services, specialising in slip formed kerb and channel works associated with road & subdivision construction and residential driveways, paths & patios.
We have operated in the “Top of The South” region for over thirty years, and have developed a reputation for quality work and consistently meeting client requirements.
This ongoing work has enabled IKC to develop our staff skills to a level to ensure that all work is completed to the required standard, and within acceptable time frames.
Our reputation has been earned for producing an accurate, timely and aesthetically pleasing product.
We are able to construct a wide range of residential driveways including coloured concrete, exposed aggregate and plain surface concrete finishes.
Concrete pavers can be made as special orders to client requirements.

Our specialist products are made in our IKC yard in Tahunanui, Nelson and include concrete pavers, concrete air vents, gully surrounds & gully lids.
Independent Kerb & Concrete Is An Approved Vehicle Crossing Installer
When you have obtained an approved Vehicle Crossing permit to install or alter a vehicle crossing, we can provide a quotation for completion of all of the work, including any Traffic Management & asphalting associated with the vehicle crossing.
